Logistics centre Čemat is new BTS project which is strategically connected to the European highway system near the Polish border, making it an ideal location as a central European distribution point.

We offer up to 7 000 m² of outdoor storage space, suitable for bulk storage or as a parking area for lorries and up to 5,000 m² indoor warehouse space, suitable for production or e-shop warehousing and office space. Spaces can be equipped with the most modern logistics systems can also provide outsourcing services associated with them.

Beside that we are providing outsourcing of storage and production services in our newly built A-class buildings.

Currently we can offer not just storage, production and office space, but also know-how, full-service outsourcing and administrative support from our staff.
