Logistics centre Čemat is new BTS project which is strategically connected to the European highway system near the Polish border, making it an ideal location as a central European distribution point.

The resort offers up to 12 000 m2 of outdoor storage areas, suitable for bulk storage or as a parking area for lorries and up to 6,000 square meters indoor warehouse space, production capacity and office space. Surfaces can be equipped with the most modern logistics systems can also provide outsourcing services associated with them.

Beside of that we are providing outsourcing of storage and production services in our newly built A-class buildings.

Currently we can offer not just storage, production and office space, but also know-how, full-service outsourcing and administrative support from our staff.
